WORK DESCRIPTION: Account Set-up and Campaign Creation
Kim Walker will provide the following services:
· Set up Constant Contact account with client’s information, images, and contact information.
· Assist client with collection processes by offering a variety of strategies as well as consult with website developer to include insertion of sign-up form on website.
· Select and customize communications templates with client’s colors, logo, and desired formatting.
· Upload client contacts into specified interest categories (lists).
· Using content provided by client, create initial campaign, review campaign with client, and send campaign on client’s behalf. (Kim Walker may also suggest content for client as needed.)
· A week after completion of the campaign, provide client with a campaign impact report, as requested.
Cost: $349 Account Set-up and Campaign Creation (one-time)
WORK DESCRIPTION: Relationship Marketing - Email
Kim Walker will provide the following services:
· Maintain monthly clean-up of client database – removal of hard bounces, etc.
· Using content provided by client, create initial campaign, review campaign with client, and send campaign on client’s behalf. (Kim Walker may also suggest content for client as needed.)
· Send campaign on behalf of client.
· A week after completion of the campaign, provide client with a campaign impact report, as requested.
Cost: $250/Monthly Relationship Marketing (monthly)
